minor clipping with agricultural plants

hey, got some visual clipping between jellystems / yumako trees and inserter arms and wires.
Happened reliably to me, no matter if the plant or the inserters/wires were placed first

Thanks for the report. This is semi-intended and also mostly unavoidable due to Factorio being a 2D game that tries to fake 3D. Inserter arms are supposed to be above things like assembling machines, containers, and so on, but due to that, they also render above trees in this scenario.
