[2.0.58] smart belts creating extra belts when holding and releasing mid belt

I don't expect the extra belts to be created when I move the mouse in the while turning right in a belt in the middle.

Fixed in Version 2.0.61 - viewtopic.php?t=130110 when the belt behavior was changed to allow moving them back and forth during dragging
