Allow disabling quality indicators or replacing them with tint

Currently there is no way to turn off the quality indicators of belted items and stuff in inserter hands. On my weak Asahi Linux setup, this becomes a serious performance hog and reduces FPS (17 FPS / 30 UPS when full belts of quality items covers ~10% screen area). Besides, the belted-item indicators are hardly visible when zoomed out.

I suggest switching to glowing tints (maybe time-based-hue-shifts) for the indicators. That would make belted quality items more visible and there will be less things to draw. It could also reduce confusion between chest quality and in-chest item quality in alt mode.
