Option To Stop Transport Belts Animating Due To Eye Strain

Dear Factorio,

It would be great if I could have an option to disable transport belt animation, because I get a bit dizzy, especially with the Turbo Transport Belts. They're really animating fast. I don't know if I'm getting older, but I'm getting dizzy by looking at all those belts moving that fast.
It's also dividing my attention when trying to focus on a part of my factory.

Either to have an option to don't animate belts at all, or to be able to control the speed scale at which they animate.

Edit: obviously, this make only sense for empty belts, so move and animate the items on them normally. But there are a lot of empty belts when setting up the factory initially.
