Acid neutralization has enabled quality modules and disabled productivity modules... I'm pretty sure it should be the other way around ;) it's not like you can have quality steam and most chemical plant recipes can be prod-up, so it would be cool to productivity up this one as well.

I understand why steam to water has disabled productivity, you could use boilers and productivity steam cooling to multiply water quickly and cheaply. But there's no reason to disable productivity for acid neutralization, because it's not like you can turn steam into calcite and sulfuric acid easily, so there's no such problem as with steam cooling.

Thanks for the report however this matches our current decisions. Productivity was decided based on gameplay consideration, while quality is not relevant in this case and as such 118346 applies.

Understandable, thanks for a response, I thought it's bug, then I realized there's actually many liquids which allow quality and now I read explaination for allowing this, which makes sense.
