When setting a timeout (Time Passed) for space platform requests to be filled, it doesn't work. If there are unfulfilled requests and there is a trickle of production coming in, the incoming rocket trickle delays the departure indefinitely. I can't think of any sane workaround that doesn't have huge drawbacks. This is particularly egregious with the extremely limited control over spoiling items.
The 'Time Passed' timeout properly works for train scheduling, which do respect the timeout.
The 'correct' behavior would be to not launch any supply rockets after the 'Time Passed' timeout, which will hold up the ship.
Before you close this bug report as yet another 'Not a Bug' please provide a sane solution for transporting all available spoilable items from one planet to another, while production is ongoing.
