What did you do?
I made a turret blueprint with 10 ammo inside, by doing so outside my bot coverage area so I could blueprint the ghost.
What happened?
The blueprint correctly includes the 10 ammo inside, but upon pasting over an existing (BUILT) turret the bots will re-deliver the ammo.
If I paste the turret once, it's loaded with 10 ammo. If I paste three times on top of the built turret, it will be filled with 40 ammo.
What did you expect to happen instead?
I expected the "wanted ammo" to be a "set" instead of an add-up. I expected the "wanted ammo" amount to be set at 10, not added up.
Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Always.
Important: It also happens with other buildings, for example an assembler set to make big power poles, with the blueprint filled with 100 steel.
Pasted once, it will make the assembler and deposit 100 steel inside. If pasted over the bots will fill it to 164 items (assembler's max), and if pasted over yet again the bots will fly with steel items they cannot deposit, then come back with the steel.
If the blueprint is set to 10 steel, it will paste with 10, and successive pastes will increase the "wanted" amount by 10 until the maximum the machine supports.
This could be intended behavior, sorry if so!
[2.0.66] Items inside ghost "stack" when pasting blueprint again
Re: [2.0.66] Items inside ghost "stack" when pasting blueprint again
Thanks for the report however I am not able to reproduce any such "adding" logic. When I paste, it always sets the requests to the amount in the blueprint - never adding to the requested amount.
Once robots deliver the requested amount - if I paste again - it re-sets the request to what's in the blueprint and again the robots try to deliver the requests. That's all working correctly.

If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.

English is not my native language so i probably botched the description.
Made a video instead: https://vimeo.com/1122173046
Hope it helps!
Edit: I noticed this when trying to paste a blueprint of loaded turrets to kill a demolisher, I wired a few them, and then to copy the wires for the whole array I repasted a wired segment over the already placed turrets, and then noticed many turrets had multiples of the ammo I had set for them.
As I said in the main post, it could be this is intentional, but I found it a bit weird.

Re: [2.0.66] Items inside ghost "stack" when pasting blueprint again
According to Raeding's description, new blueprint item requests are *not* considered to be satisfied by items already in the entity/slot in question. Not sure what happens if the slot is full and a new request is added.

Bots will still try to deliver the items and come back with them.
It can be seen at the end of my video.
