Pumpjacks easier placement

Would be nice if pumpjacks placed when you clicked on any of the 9 tiles instead of just the center one. They're rather annoying to have to be so pinpoint accurate with.

Do you know you can click and drag pumpjacks?

You don't have to be precise; I usually place pumpjacks by holding click and zigzagging back and forth over all the oil fields.
