[2.0.20] Inserter sprites on platform not rotating when without electricity

What did you do?

I tried rotating the inserter after the power went out

What happened?

The UI (yellow arrows) rotated like normal, but the sprites for the arms could not

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!

The inserter arms should be in the position they operate from always

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?

Seems to occur on all my platforms, although I do have a mod that displays inserter throughput

Thanks for the report. I am not considering this to be a bug. It causes no problems as the inserter will rotate its hand once power is restored.
