Add more signals to the roboport

TL;DR
Add more stats signals to the roboport like total bots waiting to charge, bots currently charging.
Why?
Its obvious space age relies on bots a lot, with most of the mid to endgame happening in remote view via bots. In some situations (and very often on fulgora and aquilo, at least for me) its easy to run into bot charging problems. With a large bot charge queue the whole base can slow down to a crawl. New players might also not figure out that the solution is adding more roboports, not more bots.

And there is no way to be notified of that.

By adding another signal or two, you could plug a programmable speaker into a roboport that sounds an alarm when there is a large queue of bots waiting to charge. You might say 'just look at the "available bots" signal' but that doesnt diffrentiate between a bot thats unavailable being useful (building, moving items) and unavailable waiting to charge.


Or, even cooler, would be a whole logistics stats panel, just like the production stats panel. It could show stats of items carried, bots busy, charging, graphs over time, so on.

Bots waiting to charge would be a great stat to export from a roboport, and I assume it must keep a list pretty readily already internally.
