Unable to find mods which alters pole's supply area

Hi guys, I'm having trouble to locate mods which alters the pole's supply area
for example small pole has 12x12 supply area (which isn't vanila value)

anyone could help me figure out which mod is altering? Thanks

If you hover over a small electric pole in the game it will show you which mods have changed it as part of the tooltip.
