[2.0.69] Space platform request ignores *Disable* chest checkbox

What did you do?
I trying to disable green chest for any space requests and enable it only for surface production by using circuit network and blue chest with enabled *request from buffer chest* because i want to store items for surface as priority. Chest on video disabled by circuit network as you can see on video.

What happened?
Bots take items from *Disabled* chest to send items into space.

What did you expect to happen instead? It might be obvious to you, but do it anyway!
I expect that *Disabled* mean disabled for any logistic requests include silo because bots are still using logistic request to send item into silo (and, well, bots are logistic things).

Does it happen always, once, or sometimes?
Tried once, its break my Fulgora idea *keep items for surface as priority if you need any ASAP production (like Electromagnetic plants) and send excess to Nauvis* because i cant fill up green chest for any *ASAP surface production buffer* if any of my ships can request items from this chest that *disabled*.

Thanks for the report, the enable disable feature of the buffer chest only operates on the requests side by design.
