Incorrect behaviour when the everything parameter is used in an or condition

When working with the circuit network I was using a S-R latch design that needed the reset code to be sent out when everything was zero and to save a combinator I tried to achieve this using an or condition and despite the everything = 0 statement going green for true there was no output from the combinator. I have attached the basic arrangement in the screenshots below.
