Logistic - Set item demand from blueprint

Add the possiblity to setup the logistic item setup from the blueprint, thank to a new button in the blueprint view or by drag'n'drop

What?

Add a new feature to enhance and combine logistic and blueprint to ease item demand setup.
From a blue print, once logistic is researched, a new button appears to "create a new demand" (with the blueprint name) :

From inventory, we should be able to create a new demand by drag'n'drop the blueprint in a empty slot to automatically add & setup item with corresponding item number

Why?

It's a QoL feature that ease and speedup logistic functionnality in game.
