Hi again, here to request the Factorio Gods to grant my wish :space-age:

Any chance of getting a `flow_scaling` property but for the output levels of the pump? It is great that this behaviour of a pump can be changed for the input level but it feels like any situation where you'd want that you'd want it for the output level as well.
