Game not running good anymore on Steam Deck

/EDIT After more testing it turns out that sometimes, for a unknown reason, the Steam Deck, running in Desktop mode, gets into a state where performance is severely hindered (also other games). Restarting the system restores performance to normal, Factorio runs fine again. This must be a bug in the Steam Deck, not in the game. Still wondering if anyone else is experiencing this?

"So I have not played for a while but before, I always ran Factorio from SteamOS Desktop mode and it ran flawless. Now, I get major slowdowns during almost all of the menu simulations. I use the same maxed-out graphics settings as always, not much running in the background except Firefox with maybe 10% CPU usage max.

I also swear the loading time of the game has increased dramatically, like almost double as long. I am not comparing to pre-SA, I ran the game with SA before on the deck without issues.

Anyone else experiencing similar?"
