[2.0.72] Technic lost extra filter settings after put it to inventory

If I have a tank with ToolBelt in Equipment grid, and set filter for all tank inventory cells, then put this tank to inventory and place it back to surface.
After that tank have filters only for all default space and all extra cells provided by ToolBelt will be cleared, nevertheless that I didn't remove ToolBelt from the tank during this activity.

In the save All mods can be disabled, they are mostly for interface/visualization. Only Space Age is required
