[2.0.72] Factorio is forced to run at 30/30 FPS and UPS

[2.0.72] Factorio is forced to run at 30/30 FPS and UPS

I am playing on a Lenovo Thinkbook with Intel core i7 CPU and Intel iris xe integrated graphics. Reddit users suggested it's a vsync issue, but I'm unable to find any option in Intel graphics center or my windows graphics settings to disable vsync

v-sync is an in-game setting in the graphics settings menu.
