[2.0.72] Crash on launch

When launching the game via steam, the game crashes.
This is reproducable.

Steps:
Click "Play" in Steam Library
Fullscreen opens
Game starts loading up to 3%
Game crashes

Already taken measures:
Fresh install -> no effect
Tried everything from this post -> no effect

The log does not show a crash, try if the .zip version from factorio.com works.

The *zip version behaves the same.
I attached the logfile from the *zip version.

Ah it's the razer drivers again, disable the razer chroma integration by editing the config file entry to enable-razer-chroma-support=false, make sure to remove the semicolon leading the line. Alternatively you could try to update the razer software but that never works for long.
