Remote view, upgrading belts through dragging belts over underground belt - underground belt is marked for upgrade. Then without releasing LMB moving mouse back into belt marked for upgrade. Undergroud belt is deconstructed and resources collected icon appears (somewhere? character on a space platform - items could not be delivered to him)
