[2.0.72] Underground pipes not placed when using Control-Shift-Left Click

When using Control-Shift and then pressing Left Click (known as super forced build in the settings menu) will delete belts and (where applicable) replace the closest belts not being deleted with underground belts to ensure the belts remain routed. However this functionality is not applied to pipe networks (as shown by my screenshot) but I believe that this functionality should be applied to pipe networks.

Note: Although my log file says I have mods installed, I have tested this with modless save (except space age mods) and this issue still prevails.
