This affects mods more so than not, as Space Age doesn't appear to utilize the "craft-fluid" prototype for its research trigger techs often; however, if you craft fluid a trigger tech wants, regardless of it being an active (and available) tech on the tree or not, it will constantly pop up in the research window. Likewise, fluid trigger techs research instantly the moment they're made, regardless of quantity needed. For instance, you will only need to craft 1 unit instead of 10000 units to complete the research.

Thanks for the report however I'm not seeing any bug here. If you want the trigger to require a specific amount of fluid, then define "amount" on the prototype with how much.
