Option to disable mouse dragging the camera in remote view or adjustable delay

I often miswire things because I accidentally move the camera instead of attaching wire. I only ever use WASD for camera movement anyway.

Specifically only while zoomed in. I'd still like to be able to move the map using mouse drag. (you can unbind mouse dragging in controls but then you can't move the map using the mouse)
