Stacking/queuing module upgrade requests

When I am bootstrapping my quality upcycling, I always want whatever highest available quality modules I have to go into my recyclers.

That means I am always going round and queuing up upgrades manually (or with planners sometimes), but I have to repeat this 5 times per machine.

What would be great would be if I could request a legendary module during construction or upgrade, and if one is available it gets inserted.

If none are available then I would want it to insert the highest available quality module and keep the request for legendary queued, with the modules gradually getting upgraded over time as better ones become available.
