[2.0.72] A drifted space platform doesn't receive requests

When a space platform runs out of power/fuel (in my case going from aquilo to gleba) but the final target was a different planet (in my case vulcanus) the space platform doesn't receive the requests from that planet until the toggle is set from automatic to paused thrust and then it receives all the requests.

I have emergency fuel waiting on gleba in case this happens (since aquilo base still needs nuclear fuel for now) but it still takes my attention to notice/keep an eye out for the space platform and toggle the thrust off and on. I have attached the video where the space platform has already drifted to gleba but is waiting there with a request that is not being fulfilled until I reset the toggle.

Thanks for the report, this is not a bug. It was decided that a platform running out of fuel should be something unusual and should require user intervention. Please share your thoughts in Ideas and Suggestions forum if you think we should change it.
