Asteroids Craftable without Rocket or Space

There is no mod to craft Asteroids on Nauvis without rockets and i saw a mod to make lava from asteroids thought it neat but there is no mod to get asteroids without leaveing planet (makeing a "seablock" esq mod pack i guess and need this one thing)

that or i was thinking useing custom bot tech thats a building that takes fuel and some launch time and sends a bot upward to space then it grabs a asteroid and brings it back down to nauvis damaging any buildings around it but not the building that grabs it (or like a danger zone
