Building quality icons are visible over starting rocket, while other icons are not:

It seems, that parts of other icons are sometimes visible over rocket too:

Thanks for the report. Quality alt-overlay icons are intended to always render on top of everything so they end up on top of other alt-mode icons. This also means they render over rockets like this.

Please look at the 2nd picture. There are some item icons bleeding over the rocket (middle left part of the rocket). This happens for a limited time during launch animation.
