[2.0.75] underground vanishes when fast replacing

when in remote view, fast replacing a yellow belt/undergound makes the underground vanish.

steps to replicate:

1. enter remote view
2. select fast transport belt and click and hold on the belt adjacent to the underground as shown below

3. drag belt onto underground as shown in pic 2

4. drag back to belt as shown in pic 3

5. drag to the left and the underground vanishes as shown in pic 4

this shouldnt happen and should set the underground to be replaced with fast transport belt
