[2.0.74][switch] Assembling machine GUI shows duplicated product icon in progress/output section

Post by MarcelLee »

Hello,

In one specific Assembling Machine 2 producing Gun Turret, the progress/output area shows duplicated product icons.

The recipe is set to Gun Turret. Ingredients are displayed correctly in their dedicated slots. However, in the lower progress/output section:
  • Two Gun Turret icons are visible.
  • Ingredient icons (iron plates, copper plates, iron gear wheels) appear in the same lower section together with the duplicated product icons.
At this stage I can confirm this occurs in only with one assembling machine.
This particular machine shows the issue persistently.

If needed, I can provide additional details or logs from Nintendo Switch 2. Please advise on the preferred method for extracting diagnostic data on this platform.

Thanks for the report however this is working correctly. When you change the recipe through remote view or through pasting settings while out of reach of the machine it will put the conflicting items into the “trash” slots of the machine to allow the new recipe to be set.

This also happens when using the circuit “set recipe” feature.
If you want to get ahold of me I'm almost always on Discord.
