Rotating placed turrets
It would be great if all turrets could be rotated also after they are placed, as currently it is only possible while placing. We can hover cursor over many other entities in the game and press R to rotate them, for example chemical plants, assemblers that have fluid connection or even trains.
There is a short animation when turret pops up its weapon and prepares to fire, then turns towards the target. But if you initially placed the turret backwards against the enemies direction it will hinder them. It is an annoyance having to pull the turrets out of the ground and place them back in right rotation. It is more pronounced with turrets that are slower like i assume rocket turrets are.

Re: Rotating placed turrets
After 800 hours I just learned that I could control the rotation of turrets, I don't know why I never thought about the problem harder. Now looking at my bases, so many turrets are facing random directions... really surprising that "R" only works before placing.
EDIT: Ok I see, they literally change direction if their last target caused them to do so.

Re: Rotating placed turrets
So yes i did come to notice that if they need to turn once they will drop down to the new closest angle. That's not bad actually, it's just the first shot may require some more turning if it's way wrong.
Re: Rotating placed turrets
I fully support this suggestion. It is so incongruous to be able to rotate something before but not after construction.
We shouldn't have to tear something down and rebuild it just to make sure its first shot is as speedy as possible.
