[2.0.73] Game Fails to Open

When I try to launch the game it "fails to initialize DirectX".

GPU: AMD Radeon RX 9060 XT
Driver: 32.0.23027.2005
OS: Windows 10 22H2

I tried: --force-opengl but that also crashes

Please also provide log without "--force-opengl".

Apologizes for the late reply but when I went to get the crash log it loaded a bit slowly but loaded just fine. Haven't changed anything in the past week no clue what solved it.
