[0.2.10] Steam engine never offers Full available performanc

The last green square of "available performance" / "performance" never lights up for me.
Even if the water both at the input and output has 100°C

Same, I figured it was probably a floating point error or something or other that they devs have not bothered to worry about since there are usually bigger issues
idk, I tested this real quick and even with 3 pumps and 20 boilers all going to a single steam engine it's still one less than the max available performance (according to the graphic).
