So what now?
Can anyone fill me in on what I can do past the tutorial scenarios? I can find no option to play beyond it. Is it an issue of it not recognizing my code?

So your problem is solved?
If not there are 2 choices
1.) buy the game and download the stable or experimental version, install it and hit play and new game in the menu.
2.) if already bought, do 1.) without buying. Be sure you are logged in in the www.factorio.com site with your account (wich is another than the forum-account).
