Disable ALL LTN dispatches?

Hello,

Is there a way to temporarily "turn off" all LTN? I am going to be upgrading my trains and it would be worlds easier if I could just have them sit in the station and not get dispatched while I do it. After the upgrade I would like to be able to immediately turn back on the LTN again. Is this a thing that is possible?

And nevermind... on my 1000th readthrough of the manual I finally found the setting "Dispatcher Enabled"
