[2.0.12] Recycler with quality modules stops too early

Displays "Target is full" despite having 7 more slots. Happens each time quality is changed.
Recyclers w/o quality modules do not behave so.
Fulgora is the best planet. Vulcanus needs rework. Feel free to prove me wrong.

Thanks for the report. This is working as intended. The crafting machine will only ever put the results into the specific output slots and if they're blocked, it will wait until they're cleared.
