If there's one thing I can say that I hate the most about Space Age / 2.0, it's not being able to get into my inventory while in the remote view, even on the same surface as I'm on. Even from five feet away.
I don't particularly care to click 4 times when previously one click accomplished the same action (Press E, click the item, click the rarity dropdown, set the rarity, click the checkbox, place the item ghost). Contrast this to: Press E, click the item from my inventory, place the ghost. Is there a mod or some kind of setting to revert this asinine change?
Thank you in advance,

Re: [Feedback] Remote View & Inventory
Can you be more specific about what exactly you are suggesting?
You mentioned "on the same surface" and "five feet away", so please explain how you want it to behave in each of those two situations, as well as when it's a different surface.

Re: [Feedback] Remote View & Inventory
Sure! I'd like for it to be the old behavior. I press E, my inventory comes up. There's also a specific hotkey bound specifically to open the player inventory: F3. It does not function as desired, doing the same as pressing E.
If I'm on Nauvis remote viewing Nauvis and I press E, I would like to have my inventory come up.
If I'm on Nauvis remote viewing Fulgora and I press E, I would like to have my inventory come up.
If I'm on my platform Planet Express and I press E, I'd like to have my inventory come up. The ghost selection dialog is an exercise in self-infuriation.
I hope that clarifies, and if I need to provide more context, please advise.
Thank you!
