[pard] Rush to space achievement locked erroneously

I did a space research and realized the achievement Rush To Space didnt appear.
I then went into the achievement list and apparently it was disabled.

I dont have productivity or utility science researched. I dont know why or how this has been disabled on my save file, and quite frankly it feels incredibly unfair. If there is something I missed, Id like to know what that is. But otherwise, I am pretty sure this is a bug.

There is a reason why this achievement is disabled in this save file. This save file started in version 2.0.7 with only the base game and quality enabled. Space Age was turned on later. Unfortunately, this particular achievement can be started only on a fresh Space Age game. And it can't be turned on when you go from base game to space age.
