[2.0.28] pasting undergrounds generates extra unnecessary undergrounds

hold the shift and ctrl keybinds (for force place) to show the blueprint over belts

as you can see, it generates unnecessary undergrounds. which i assume are placed because of the fact that since there were belts there it attempts to make an underground because of the turret
