[2.0.41] Visual glitches in all main menu derivatives (modding menu, settings, etc) and menu simulations

I launched my game from steam as normal, after a one-day break. When I reached the main menu screen, the menu simulations were visibly buggy and would occasionally fully fragment. It wasn't significant enough to catch my attention before I swapped to the Modding page, where a good portion of the mods had the text for their names missing from the menu, and there were other errors in their description text. Which names had vanished was affected by where my mouse was hovering, as shown in the attached video. After exploring the other menus, most of them also had large portions of missing text, and the level of visual glitching in the menu simulations would drastically increase or decrease for reasons I couldn't determine. Important to note that the simulations appeared to be proceeding as normal gameplay-wise, as far as I could tell it was only the visualization of them being impacted. I have not tried to load a save as of yet.

I have launched the game with no mods active, verified the integrity of the gamefiles on steam, restarted my computer, and attempted to reinstall my NVIDIA graphics drivers. Important to note is that I received a notification from NVIDIA this morning to update my drivers, which I did prior to opening Factorio. Thus, there may be a relation between the new driver and the visual errors, though all other games and tasks on my computer seem to function as normal. The driver is NVIDIA RTX release 570, version 572.83.

Update: I have installed an older version of the same driver, and the graphical issues are no longer present. As a short term solution, this is satisfactory.

Update 2: A couple months have passed since the previous posts, and the graphical issues have returned. I think my graphics drivers updated automatically again. I haven't attempted to roll back to the version that works yet, but in the interest of not having to use the same driver forever, I would appreciate it if someone could help me find a solution to this. All issues are identical to what I said in the first post.

First revert to using directx instead of opengl and see if that already fixes it.
