Automatically place foundation along relevant underground paths

Scenario: I have pasted a coal liquefaction blueprint on Vulcanus. This blueprint includes many underground belt and pipe paths. The game will correctly place foundation directly under entities; however, it does not place foundation between the underground belts and pipes. Because undergrounds cannot cross lava, this breaks otherwise valid connections between underground paths, until such time as the player notices and manually fills in the gaps with foundation.

Solution: When dragging undergrounds or pasting blueprints, the game should detect when underground connections would be broken by lack of foundation and automatically place foundation between those undergrounds.
