[2.0.42] Windows - fullscreen mode OFF wrecks graphics

Steps: settings -> graphics -> general -> UNCHECK full screen (the game default is full screen enabled).

Graphics are made unusable so the solution requires that you go to C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\config.ini and set "full-screen=false". I note that this line is missing a semi colon in config.ini.
