I encountered this issue with attempting to craft Nutrients from Fish. I don't know if this would be considered a bug, but I do think it is an issue that is not intended. Simply put, if you have a sufficiently large quantity of Fish and Shift-Queue up a lot of production of Nutrients, if those Nutrients spoil while in the menu and the rest are still crafting, the subsequently produced Nutrients are instantly converted to Spoilage. Canceling the queued crafting and shift-queing the Fish again produces Nutrients again, so again, I don't think this is intended.
