[2.0.47] (Bug/Suggestion) Speed Modules have far more quality reduction than normal, please keep this.

Ideas that are too old (too many things have changed since) and ones which won't be implemented for certain reasons or if there are obviously better suggestions.

While It isn't intentional I really want the bug of Speed modules Decreasing Quality far more than normal to stay because it makes it so that no matter what Speed modules in any capacity will make quality modules useless.

Its just a tooltip mistake that is fixed for 2.0.48 due to 128464.
