Always bothered me.
It feels like a bug that you can't rotate counter clockwise while in ghost mode and have to press R R R R R R R (13? times) instead of Shift-R

This was first changed nearly six years ago:

It used to be 8 rotations, but it's gotten rather worse since it's now 16 rotations to go all the way around.
