Replace Highlighted mods with Recently released?

Since the Highlighted Mods section has not recently tended to be updated enough to reflect what is happening on the portal, it could be replaced by a Recently released tab.

Players interested in newly released mods in a given category could find them without the extra noise from mod updates when using Recently updated.
