[2.0.41] Update issue

I'm trying to update from 2.0.41 to 2.0.47, but I'm getting this message:

Update failed: Checking update packages failed: File C:/GOG Games/Factorio/data/../doc-html/LuaLogicPoint.html has uexpected content

Any ideas how to fix it?

Reinstall the game.
