[2.0.55] Blueprint maker/grid snapping behaving wierdly

Post by Lyss3r »

I was trying a new cityblock design when I found out that with one layout I tried it would allways place one extra tile above and below when trying to align it to the grid, wich is problematic because that means that one of the numbers is 2 larger thann the other wich means it can not contain rails when brought to an same length square when aligning it to the grid as one has to be set off by an uneven and one by an even number. The Larger segment in Blueprint 2 does have the same issue on the x axis as well. Why does it add that axtra tile on the outer edge?

Used mods were:
- base 2.0.55
- elevated-rails 2.0.55
- quality 2.0.55
- space age 2.0.55

Wierd behaving blueprint:

There was an issue with the post formatting, the bp strings work now.

Thanks for the report, this is not a bug. Rails are on a separate grid which forces the blueprint to be 2x2 aligned and the game will add padding to blueprints automatically if they aren't compatible with the larger grid. You could try moving your bottom belt one tile up.
