Solar panels/Solar panel equipment should show their performance_at_day/night on tooltips

Currently neither solar panels nor solar panel equipment show what their performance_at_day/night values are, regardless of what they are. this feels like an oversight, since it should be information that the player should be able to easily see.

obviously modders could include this information on the descriptions of their items, but i do think it should happen automatically since it will affect the items in a meaningful way

Those are extremally specific values and i do not see value in exposing those values in the tooltips by the base game itself in a way that handles all possible usage corner cases (like 1/ default case, 2/ full performance entire day, 3/ custom values at the night, 4/ inverted values, 5/ usage of different surface properties). I will just reject this request. In 2.0.59 there will be some additions that will make it easier for mods to enhance tooltips so you will be able to put any type of custom details you see fit.

Fair enough! very glad to hear about some extra support for custom details, i've been sprinkling them around using fake locales so far
