Can't update to 2.0.60

when trying to update fro 2.0.53 to 2.0.60 i'm getting the following error

Update failed: Checking update packages failed: Error opening update package: File C:/Program Files/Factorio/data/../doc-html/prototypes/SegmentPrototype.html not found

any help would be great
