Map seed tutorial for new players

I see a lot of new players struggle because they got dealt a bad hand and ended up starting in a desert, or starting on a map where oil is miles away. I think the game should have a pop up appear the first time the player starts a new game, pointing to the "random seed" button and instructing that it's a good idea for first time players to roll for a grassy starting area with a visible source of oil and one of every ore
